Drug similarity of ligands
Information
Starting from a certain compound, you can search for similar molecules contained in the database Superdrug. A 2D similarity search is performed by calculating Tanimoto coefficients for the given ligand and the other compounds. Those ligands with the highest Tanimoto similarities are displayed.
The standard search is performed on a dataset with 2,415 WHO approved drugs with 3,115 different ATC codes. Alternative an extended dataset with 22.230 drugs is available, but with less information.
